Creating Your Account

Getting started with InsightAgent takes about a minute. You can hear an agent in action before you sign up, create a free account yourself, and upgrade whenever you're ready.

Try a live agent first (optional)​

Curious what an AI-led interview actually sounds like? Open the /try page and talk to a live agent right in your browser — no signup and no email required. It's the fastest way to get a feel for the conversation before you commit to anything.

Create a free Demo account​

When you're ready, head to /signup and create your account:

  1. Enter your email and choose a password.
  2. Agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
  3. That's it — you're in.

Every new account starts as a Demo account with 30 included minutes of interview time. No payment card is required to sign up, so you can create real interviews and try the platform end to end on us.

Upgrade when you're ready​

Once you've used your Demo minutes — or you simply want more — you can upgrade yourself from the Billing page. You have two ways to start:

  • Pay-as-you-go trial — a 1-week trial billed per minute, which automatically converts to the plan you choose at the end of the week.
  • Subscribe now — pick a plan and start your billing cycle immediately.
