Interviews
How long can an interview last?
There's no hard limit on interview duration. Interviews typically range from 15-60 minutes.
Can I interrupt the AI during an interview?
Yes! You can inject messages or take over the conversation at any time using the interview controls.
What happens if the expert doesn't answer?
For phone interviews, the call will go to voicemail. You can try again later. The interview status returns to SCHEDULED.
Can experts see my questions in advance?
No, experts only see what the AI agent shares during the conversation.
How do I add expert information?
Expert details are captured when you create an interview. You'll enter their name, title, company, and optionally their employment history.

Do experts need to install anything?
No. Experts join via a simple web link - no downloads or accounts required.
Is my data secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We follow SOC2 guidelines. See our security page for details.
Can I use InsightAgent internationally?
Yes! We support international phone numbers and multiple languages.

How do I reset my password?
Click "Forgot Password" on the login page and follow the email instructions.
Can I have multiple team members?
Yes, depending on your plan. Trial allows up to 3 members, Paid plans offer more.
How do I delete my account?

Are there rate limits?
Yes. Trial accounts: 60 requests/minute. Paid accounts: 300 requests/minute.
