Creating a New Agent

  1. Go to Settings > Agents

  2. Click New Agent

  3. Select type (Full Interview / Vetting)

  4. Select mode (Phone / Web)

  5. Configure settings

  6. Write your prompt

  7. Click Save

Testing Your Agent

Before using in production:

  1. Open the agent configuration

  2. Click Test

  3. Have a sample conversation

  4. Refine based on results
