What is InsightAgent?

InsightAgent is an AI-powered platform for conducting expert interviews. Our AI agents can call into phone conferences or conduct web-based interviews, providing real-time transcription and insights.

Interviews

How long can an interview last?

There's no hard limit on interview duration. Interviews typically range from 15-60 minutes.

What happens if the expert doesn't answer?

For phone interviews, the call may go to voicemail. The interview status returns to SCHEDULED and you can try again later.

Can experts see my questions in advance?

No, experts only see what the AI agent shares during the conversation.

How do I add expert information?

Expert details are captured when you create an interview. You'll enter their name, title, company, and optionally their employment history.

How do I start a phone interview?

Click Launch AI Agent on a scheduled interview. The AI will call into the configured dial-in number.

How do I start a web interview?

Click Copy Link to get the expert's join URL, then share it with your expert. They can join via any modern browser.

What browsers are supported?

We support the latest versions of:

Do experts need to install anything?

No. Experts join via a simple web link - no downloads or accounts required.

Is my data secure?

Yes. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We follow SOC2 guidelines. See our security page for details.

Can I use InsightAgent internationally?

Yes! We support international phone numbers and 32 languages for AI agents.


Accounts

How do I reset my password?

Click "Forgot password?" on the login page, enter your email address, and we'll send you a link to reset your password. The link expires in 24 hours.

What happens when my demo expires?

Demo accounts have limited usage. Contact [email protected] to upgrade.

How do I upgrade my account?

Contact [email protected] to discuss upgrading from Demo or Trial to a paid plan.

How do I delete my account?

Contact [email protected] to request account deletion.
