Quick Start

Get up and running with InsightAgent in under 5 minutes.

Prerequisites

  • An InsightAgent account (accounts are created by our team—contact [email protected] to get started)

Step 1: Log In

Navigate to app.insightagent.ioarrow-up-right and sign in with your email and password.

Step 2: Create an Interview

  1. Go to Interviews in the sidebar

  2. Click New Interview

  3. Enter the expert's details:

    • Name (required)

    • Title/Role (required)

    • LinkedIn URL (optional)

    • Employment history (optional)

  4. Choose interview type:

    • Full Interview - In-depth expert conversations

    • Vetting Interview - Quick qualification calls

  5. Enter the topic/call subject (required)

  6. Add your interview questions (at least one required)

  7. For phone interviews: enter dial-in details (phone number, meeting ID)

  8. Schedule the interview

Step 3: Conduct the Interview

For Phone Interviews

  • Click Launch AI Agent when ready

  • The AI agent will call the expert via the dial-in number

  • Click Stop AI Agent & Complete when finished

For Web Interviews

  • Set the interview to SCHEDULED status (no date/time or dial-in required)

  • Click Copy Link to get the expert's join URL

  • Share the link with your expert

  • The expert joins via their browser (no login required)

  • Expert clicks I'm Done when finished

Step 4: Review Results

After the interview:

  • Access the full transcript (displayed automatically)

  • Listen to the audio recording

  • View AI-generated summary and key quotes in the Analysis tab

  • Export transcript in Text, JSON, or PDF format

  • Review session statistics
