Scheduling Interviews

Schedule interviews in advance or start them immediately.

Prerequisites for Scheduling

Before you can schedule an interview, you must configure:

  • Dial-in Phone Number - The number the AI agent will call

  • Meeting ID - Identifier for the call

Once these are set, the date/time picker becomes available.

Immediate Interviews

Phone

  1. Ensure dial-in details are configured

  2. Click Launch AI Agent

  3. The interview begins immediately

Web

  1. Click Copy Link to get the expert join URL

  2. Share the link with your expert

  3. The interview begins when they connect

Scheduled Interviews

Setting a Schedule

  1. Create a new interview or edit an existing one

  2. Configure dial-in phone number and meeting ID

  3. Click the date/time picker (becomes available after dial-in is set)

  4. Select date and time

  5. Save the interview

The interview status changes to SCHEDULED.

Rescheduling

  1. Open the interview

  2. Click the scheduled date/time

  3. Select new date/time

  4. Save changes

Cancel Schedule

  1. Open the interview

  2. Click Cancel Schedule

  3. Confirm cancellation

The interview returns to NOT_SCHEDULED status. You can reschedule later.

Time Display

All times are displayed in your browser's local timezone.

Best Practices

  • Schedule interviews during the expert's business hours

  • Allow buffer time between back-to-back interviews

  • Confirm expert availability before scheduling

  • Share the interview link with experts in advance for web interviews
